Michael Arthur

Michael Arthur brings elite-level experience, proven results, and decades of racquet sport expertise to the court.

Having played pickleball for just two and a half years, Michael has rapidly established himself as one of Canada’s top senior competitors. This past summer, he captured two Canadian National Championships at the Canadian National Pickleball Championships, winning Open/50+ Singles and 4.5/50+ Doubles. He also went undefeated representing Team Ontario as their lone Senior Singles player at the Provincial Competition event during Nationals.

On the U.S. stage, Michael earned two Golden Tickets at the Fort Lauderdale Major (winning 5.0/50+ Singles and 4.5/50+ Doubles), and most recently claimed silver in 4.5/40+ Singles at the USA Pickleball National Championships in San Diego. He has competed against top talent on both the Association of Pickleball Professionals (APP) and Professional Pickleball Association (PPA) Senior Pro Tours.
Before pickleball, Michael built an extensive tennis résumé, with over 20 years of teaching and 30 years of competitive play. His accomplishments include a provincial championship, OTA titles, an ITF title, and top-5 ranking in Ontario 50+ Seniors and top-10 ranking nationally in Canada.
